Connection has always been at the heart of what we do, and recently, we’ve taken it one step further with the creation of Limitless Leadership on Skool. Last year, RG Dynamics was awarded Leadership Firm of the Year and Leadership Coaching Business of the Year, recognising our dedication to helping leaders and teams thrive.
My four-time award-winning book, Gift Mindset®, continues to create ripples around the world, having been published and translated in India, Vietnam and the Middle East, which is exciting.
Mid last year, I became cancer-free and incredibly grateful to be sharing my story as a keynote speaker and supporting charities that are close to my heart. Running my business with optimism and contributing to others has been a strategy that supported me throughout my healing journey.
On a personal note, I’m proud to share that I am now an Accredited Mental Health Responder Trainer and I’m thrilled to announce that we are partnering with ShareTree, a charity and social enterprise dedicated to building psychologically safe workplaces. We are running a virtual event about the new Psychological Health Code on February 18th and we’d love you to join us. You can check the details here.
We have been in flow running our 12-month signature Limitless Leaders Programs globally, along with our Gift Mindset Culture and Communicating with Impact and our Emotional Intelligence programs.
Our sole purpose in starting RG Dynamics in 2006 was to make workplaces exceptional places to work where people can thrive, be on purpose, and contribute by doing the things that light them up. That mission hasn't changed and has only become stronger.

We start by mapping your needs and organisational objectives to your capability, then offer ideas and options validated by a pre-program diagnostic to confirm focus, content, and delivery. We then design the program and run it through workshops, group coaching, and Mastermind sessions.
