It takes a community to save a life not another policy

About the Partnership: RG Dynamics + ShareTree

We're thrilled to announce this exciting initiative is delivered by RG Dynamics, in partnership with ShareTree, a charity and social enterprise dedicated to building more connected, compassionate and psychologically safe workplaces.

ShareTree’s work aligns strongly with our mission at Limitless Leaders® helping leaders deepen connection, build capability, and create workplaces where people feel valued and supported.

Together, we’re helping organisations move beyond policy-driven compliance and return to what truly protects people:

Heartfelt human relationships and a sense of community at work.

Who is this for?

CEOs, Directors, HR professionals, OHS/WHS, and People Leaders navigating the new Psychological Health Code (Dec 2025) and looking for a better way to protect their people.

Why This Matters

The Psychological Health Code coming into effect in December 2025 is a major shift.

Every workplace must now identify, assess, and manage psychosocial risks, but most organisations are already responding in the same old way:

  • More policies.
  • More procedures.
  • More “tick-the-box” actions.

The problem?

Mental health outcomes are still getting worse.

  • Burnout is rising.
  • Stress claims are increasing.
  • Loneliness is becoming normal.
  • Technology is improving.
  • Policies are tightening.

But people feel more alone.

The real issue isn’t lack of awareness. It’s a lack of heartfelt human relationships.

The Core Problem

Workplaces are full of people, but many don’t feel supported by the people around them.

  • Policies can’t comfort someone.
  • Forms can’t listen.
  • Programs can’t hold you when life cracks open.
  • People don’t fall through cracks.

They fall through a lack of support.

And when someone feels alone, no policy can protect them.

A New Way Forward: Community Meets Compliance

There is a better way to meet the new Psychological Health Code.
A way that respects the regulations, without losing the human heart of work.
True psychological safety isn’t built from documents.
It grows from:

• Trust
• Care
• Belonging
• Heartfelt human relationships

At the centre is the Hand of Support five trusted pairs who form a personal safety net for every person in your workplace.
This is how community comes alive inside an organisation.

Connection is the cure.
Community is the protection.
People are the safety system.
