As We Wrap Up 2025…

My mind and heart are full of incredible conversations, new learnings, and high-vibe rooms and Zooms brimming with the amazing clients we’ve had the privilege to partner with.

Almost 20 years ago, I started RG Dynamics with one clear purpose: to help make workplaces exceptional places to work and assist in growing others to realise and achieve what’s possible.

This year, my team and I have achieved that and more and I feel so proud and blessed that we get to work with many of you reading this right now.

We love working across multiple industries and levels, equipping leaders and teams with the tools and forums to go to the next level. From leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication programs to executive coaching, creating Gift Mindset cultures, team retreats, and keynoting at events, I love the diversity in what and how we do it. It’s full-on but it’s my mission.

We couldn’t do it without our amazing clients, who we see as partners, collaborating for success.

2025 Highlights

  • Breast cancer is behind me

In April, I completed 14 months of treatment, close to 65 sessions. I’m clear (yay!), still working through some physical side effects, but overall healthy and deeply grateful to be here.

  • Design and delivery

This year, RG Dynamics designed and delivered over 40 programs, 21 keynotes, and 150+ coaching sessions. We launched six new programs, including Ramp Up EQ in a World of AI, Phase 2 of Communicating with Impact, new Limitless Leadership additions, and Storytelling to Connect.

  • Partnership with ShareTree

We’ve teamed up with ShareTree, an incredible organisation doing cutting-edge work in mental health and team culture. We now offer the Mental Health First Responders program and the Emotional Pulse app, turning mental health first aid from a compliance objective into a community of support and ongoing care.   • Going global

Our programs have reached APAC and beyond. So exciting, and I’m thrilled with what’s to come!

  • Under the Sicilian sun

In September, my husband and I finally explored eight regions of Italy, Sicily, and Dubai, retracing family footsteps. Magical!

  • Joined the SCLAA Committee

After seven years of involvement, I’ve resumed my position on the committee and as a mentor in the 2024 program.

  • Launched the Limitless Leaders Online Community

Hosted on Skool, this free community brings leaders, executives, and business owners together to learn, grow, and connect outside their industry. We host members-only live sessions, masterminds, and share a wealth of free resources.

  • The Limitless Leaders Podcast

We’ve just released our 72nd episode, now available on YouTube!

  • WCC Inspiring Woman Award

I was nominated as a World CC Foundation Inspiring Woman. It is something I’m really proud of, and this recognition highlights the impact of my work and dedication this year.

  • Mentorloop

I joined as an Executive Council Member of Mentorloop, contributing to mentoring initiatives and supporting emerging leaders.

With 2025 almost in the rear-view mirror, I want to thank you personally for working with us, supporting us, or simply being part of my world.

From Christmas Eve until mid-January, the team and I will take some downtime to reflect, reset, and re-energise for what will be a brilliant 2026.

I’ll be heading to Mt Hotham for New Year’s Eve and then the coast for a beach break.
