Since 2006, my team and I have been passionately supporting leaders, teams and organisations to achieve growth and success. We have worked with thousands of leaders across hundreds of clients and a myriad of industries. These industries include FMCG, telcos, professional services, building and construction, engineering, automotive, beverage, non-profit, job search and many more.

Late in 2018, we went through a re-imagining of the Limitless Leadership™ brand; new logo; new colours and a more defined vision and we’re often asked about the change and what is significant about our new look!

While we continue to work with individuals, teams and organisations to grow future leaders; we have defined our vision.

Logo

The Limitless Leadership™ logo has two elements that encapsulate the relationship of the leader and team as one. The infinity symbol signifies lifelong learning, development and growth and to me, a never-ending journey of improvement, learning, unlearning and evolution.

Everyone is limitless in their possibility to achieve whatever they apply their head and heart too.

The infinity symbol has been one of my favourite symbols since I was a child. The number “8” has also been my favourite number, so this connection to my brand was inevitable.

Conceived in 1858 by Augustus Ferdinand Möbius to illustrate the theory of infinity, the Möbius strip is a loop of infinite proportions and endless possibilities… the perfect marriage of science and art.

This kind of thinking continues to give us the energy and passion for attracting and collaborating with growth seekers; leaders, teams and organisations who are on a quest to be limitless in their thinking, mindset and development of self, future leaders and creating a high performing culture in the process.

Colour

Many of you will identify “my” teal, which I have used for over seven years and has been my favourite colour since I fell in love with the beach as a teenager. In the new logo, we’ve introduced nature’s colour – green. “Green is indicative of rest, it is also soothing, cheerful, and health-giving and with the lime green, I like to think it is rejuvenating too!

Teal calls to mind feelings of calmness or serenity and is perceived as peaceful, tranquil, secure, and orderly. However, blue shades are a sign of stability, security and reliability – all important aspects of a limitless leader.

The logo encapsulates what we, at RG Dynamics are all about and our key values which are:

  • Growth
  • Contribution
  • Curiosity
  • Love
  • Passion
  • Integrity
  • Responsibility

We love working with growth seekers and continuing our transformational work with new and existing clients; collaborating on success.

A brand is more than a word or a symbol; how are you sharing the brand of you?

Lead to be limitless…
