It gives me immense joy and gratitude to be celebrating 20 years in business!

It’s hard to believe that two decades ago, I founded RG Dynamics & Limitless Leaders, leaving the safe cocoon of the corporate world to pursue my mission: creating workplaces where people can thrive, realise their potential, and achieve what’s possible.

When people ask, “Why do we do what we do?” my answer hasn’t changed. The average person spends over 90,000 hours at work in their lifetime, and we believe that’s time worth investing in meaning, engagement, and purpose.

Too often, people in organisations become “human doings” rather than “human beings.” This can lead to disengaged cultures, transactional workplaces, and unfulfilled teams. By helping individuals and teams understand what lights them up, we can lift connection, potential, and performance. Sharing lessons from challenges and successes, the “Gift Mindset” builds collaboration, learning, and a culture of growth. We teach leaders to lead and to empower others to create future leaders, and get back the time to do what really matters. Limitless Leaders need to learn, unlearn, relearn and evolve, and ramp up the human skills (Leadership Intelligence) that AI will never replace.

Leaders juggle strategy, AI, systems, change, skills, people, and structure, often drowning in a management mindset. We work with leaders to cultivate a limitless leadership mindset, where people come first, teams thrive, and future leaders emerge. Through tailored, transformational, not transactional programs, we energise mindset, communication, and leadership across organisations ready to embrace the future.

Over the years, my team and I have been blessed to work with 150+ organisations globally, running 4,000+ programs and 3,000+ coaching sessions, presenting keynotes worldwide, writing three award-winning books, and sharing insights on the Limitless Leaders podcast. Awards are lovely, and we have received many, but nothing compares to seeing clients transform, grow, and thrive.

The journey hasn’t been easy. The workload is enormous, the pandemic wiped out everything, and I had to rebuild the business from scratch. Two years later, I faced stage 3 breast cancer with 60 treatments while still running the business. Yet, when your purpose is pure and from the heart, it fuels you to keep going. Being in service to others and living my values carried me through adversity.

Gratitude has always been part of my DNA. Focusing on what we have, not what’s missing, shifts perspective and keeps us grounded.

I want to thank:

  • My incredible team at RG Dynamics, whose work behind the scenes ensures flawless client relationships.
  • Mentors, coaches, and colleagues who challenge, support, and guide me.
  • Husband Brett, who balances my high energy and endless ideas, and my amazing family.
  • Our amazing clients, whose trust and collaboration have given us insights across 24 industries, enriching our work and experience.

From this journey, here are my top 8 lessons and insights:

1. Walk your own path

Your journey is yours alone. Comparing yourself to others steals joy. When I left corporate life, my purpose and ‘why’ outweighed the comfort of the known. It takes courage, skill, and determination but living your truth is worth it.

2. Relationships are the real currency of business

Strategies shift, technology evolves, markets change, but human connection lasts. People remember how you show up, when you care, and when you deliver on your word. Focus on relationships and everything else follows. Build a strong support network.

3. Learn something new every day

Curiosity fuels growth. Ask yourself daily: “What did I learn today?” Stepping outside your comfort zone keeps you evolving. Share your learning and help others grow while enriching yourself.

4. Everything happens for a lesson

Life will throw challenges. Accepting, not condoning what happens allows us to uncover growth, insight, and opportunity. This is the essence of the “Gift Mindset.”

5. Do what lights you up

Surround yourself with people and experiences that energise you. Find what ignites joy in your work and life and prioritise it. Doing what lights you up sets the tone for the week and keeps motivation high.

6. Show kindness and gratitude

We never know what someone else is facing. Kindness and gratitude cost nothing but create ripple effects far beyond our awareness. Regularly reflect on what you’re grateful for; it reinforces abundance over lack.

7. Make a start. Take action. Your Vision Is Your Boss.

If something matters, go for it! Overthinking, comparison, and perfectionism only delay results. Be bold, explore, and take action. You are the CEO of your life.

8. See challenges as opportunities

Every obstacle offers growth if you’re open. Choose your response, draw on past resilience, and embrace the lessons. Challenges strengthen adaptability, clarity, and perspective.

As RG Dynamics celebrates 20 laps around the sun, I’m filled with gratitude for the journey, the lessons, and the incredible people who’ve shared it with us.

I look forward to what lies ahead and the new lessons waiting to be unwrapped.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Lead to be limitless.
