She has been working with leaders and teams for over 25 years. Renée is a keynote speaker, a professional educator, a multi-award-winning author, a mentor and a professional certified coach (PCC).
She has been fascinated by people since childhood. She has always been drawn to those from other cultures and backgrounds and has a curious mindset and love of learning. She is a connector, a collaborator and highly energetic and passionate about whatever she does.
Growing up, Renée wanted to be a performer, a nurse, a teacher and a journalist. It’s uncanny that she now enjoys combining all these roles in the work she does with leaders and organisations as a speaker, educator, mentor and coach, and as an author.
Seeing people realise and achieve what is possible lights her up. She believes we are all limitless, and that the challenges we face and the successes we achieve make us who we are and who we are continually becoming. In 2006 she founded RG Dynamics where she and her team passionately work with leaders, teams and organisations to accelerate leadership and communication to lift culture and performance.
Her 15 years’ hands-on experience in senior leadership and sales roles gives her credibility and a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a high-performing collaborative team and develop a positive and productive organisational culture.
She enables leaders & teams to move from “human doings” to “human beings.” By taking a step back and becoming self-aware, this prevents the overwhelm of a management mindset and opens the space for a clearer & adaptive leadership mindset where leaders do the things that really matter & create future leaders. This prevents disconnection, people feeling time-poor & skill stretched & a disengaged culture. She is obsessed with working with growth seekers & those that want to be adaptive, innovative and collaborative.

Renée is a Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) and is a professional trainer, facilitator and speaker. She has designed and run over 3,000 workshop programs and has conducted close to 2,500 coaching sessions. Renée holds a qualification in Marketing & Business Management, an NLP Practitioner, Advanced iWAM Practitioner (Motivational Intelligence), and a credentialed Strengthscope Practitioner. She holds a Diploma and Cert IV in Executive Coaching and a Cert IV in Training and Advanced Presentation Skills. She is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) PSA (Professional Speaker Australia) and Thought Leaders Global.

In her spare time, Renée loves to cook and entertain, travel, do yoga and continue her passion for learning and growing through and with others.
