She is a professional educator, speaker, International award-winning author, facilitator and coach (PCC). She and her team work with leaders, teams and organisations to energise mindset and accelerate communication, collaboration and leadership to lift performance and culture.
Renée’s diverse experience is mirrored in the network and clients she attracts. Industries include building & construction, telco, FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), food & beverage, professional services, barcoding, retail, real estate, manufacturing, NFP, consumer durables, engineering, government, automotive, electronics and many more.
Maja Pasariček, Learning and Development Manager at Workskil Australia.
Workskil Australia is a not-for-profit organisation committed to transforming people’s lives through employment. We help job seekers find social and economic independence through work, and businesses find hard working, reliable staff. We are a Workforce Australia Employment Services Provider and are contracted to deliver government employment services.
Maja has been with Workskil for 10 years and in Employment Services for 20 years.
A primary school and early childhood teacher by vocation, Maja has, for most of her working life, been here in Australia. She has been privileged to train, coach and mentor adult learners and a new Australian who settled in Adelaide in 1996.
There are many aspects of Maja's job that she loves and enjoys doing, but one thing that truly energises her is the privilege of sharing knowledge and empowering people to help the Workskil customers.
Being in learning and development means Maja continues to learn and grow each day. From working with amazing teams at Workskil to collaborating with a wide network of professional coaches, mentors and leaders. Maja's success is attributed to all the people who generously shared their insights and mistakes, which became invaluable lessons for her.
